Why I started this

I grew up around Foxboro and know how many local plumbing, HVAC, and home service businesses are run by owner-operators who are excellent at the actual work but don't have time to chase marketing, automation, or software.

National platforms sell expensive, complicated tools built for big franchises. I wanted to bring the same missed-call and review automation that bigger companies use to the smaller, local shops that need it most, at a fair, flat price, with a real local person on the other end of the phone.
